How do I order Rx glasses online?
You will need a copy of your eyeglass prescription - not your contact lens RX. In fact, you should always have your Doctor or eye care professional give ypu a copy. You never know when you may need it and it's their duty to provide you with your RX.
How do I get a prescription?
If you don't already have one, please seek out an eye doctor or eye care professional for an exam. They will supply you with a prescription which you can use on our site.
Can I have my eye doctor send my prescription?
It would be easier for your doctor to send you a copy of the RX as they generally prefer not to send out your personal information to third parties. However, if they are willing to do so, then yes, please just have them email it to customerservice@lookmatic.com.
