If you are not satisfied for any reason and would like an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase, just let us know with an e-mail to customerservice@lookmatic.com, and ship the glasses back to:

We will refund your payment back to your credit card, no questions asked.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us here or at customerservice@lookmatic.com so we can assist you with a refund or exchange (free shipping via USPS).
You will be emailed a prepaid shipping label to use for the return or exchange.
Returns shipping is free using our standard USPS service. If you are processing a return for another item the shipping is still free processed via USPS unless you'd like to opt for expedited shipping at the listed costs.
Refund Terms and Conditions:
The above policy is only valid when your return meets all of the following criteria.
1. Returns must be made within 30 business days of delivery.
2. Customer must contact Customer Service WITHIN 15 business days of delivery.
3. The returned item must be unused and complete, with cleaning cloth and case.
4. For circumstances not mentioned above, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
5. The following types of lens purchases can be returned but for credit toward an exchange only:
- Progressive lenses
- Photochromic lenses
- High Index lenses (1.60 and 1.67)
